These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Avangard AI Inc.’s (“Avangard AI”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) website, analytics tools, GA4/BigQuery integrations, and related services (“Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.

1. Use of the Service

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the Service for unauthorized data access or scraping
Interfere with system integrity or security
Attempt to access accounts or datasets you are not authorized for
Reverse-engineer or copy proprietary features
Use the platform to process illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content

Avangard AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations or misuse.

2. Account Registration & Security

When registering, you must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately at vaskar@avangardai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Google OAuth, GA4 & BigQuery Access

By connecting GA4 or BigQuery through Google OAuth, you grant Avangard AI permission to query your datasets solely for the purpose of generating insights that you request.

We do not modify, delete, or permanently store your analytics data unless you explicitly enable a feature that requires it.

You may revoke access at any time at: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. By purchasing a plan, you agree to:

Provide accurate billing information
Authorize recurring payments unless canceled
Be responsible for all charges incurred under your account

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment details.

4.1 Refunds

Refunds may be granted at our discretion and in accordance with applicable laws. We do not guarantee refunds for unused subscription time.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, algorithms, text, graphics, and features of the Service are owned by Avangard AI Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.

You retain ownership of your GA4, BigQuery, and uploaded data. Avangard AI claims no ownership over your datasets.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avangard AI is not liable for:

Loss of data
Loss of revenue or business opportunities
Service interruptions or delays
Third-party integrations or data issues
Decisions made based on analytics or AI-generated insights

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.

Upon termination, your access is revoked, but you may request data deletion by emailing vaskar@avangardai.com.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Google Cloud, BigQuery, GA4, and Stripe. You acknowledge that these services have separate terms and privacy policies.

Avangard AI is not responsible for failures, outages, or data issues caused by third-party providers.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes must be resolved in state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
