These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Avangard AI platform, including our website, analytics tools, Google integrations, and related services (collectively, "Services"), operated by Avangard AI Inc. ("Avangard AI", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Eligibility

The Services are intended for business use only. By using the Services, you represent that you are using them on behalf of a business and have the authority to agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

2. Account Registration & Security

To use the Services, you must create an account by signing in with Google OAuth. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Be solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately at vaskar@avangardai.com if you suspect unauthorized access

3. Google OAuth & Data Access

3.1 Permissions You Grant

By connecting your Google account, you authorize Avangard AI to request the following permissions on your behalf:

• analytics.readonly (read-only): To query your GA4 property and generate analytics insights you request.
• analytics.edit (read and write): To create and manage GA4 configurations — such as custom dimensions, audiences, and annotations — when you explicitly trigger these actions within the platform.
• bigquery.readonly (read-only): To query your BigQuery datasets and generate analytics insights you request.
• bigquery (read and write): To query your BigQuery datasets and write processed analytics results back to your own BigQuery project to power dashboards and scheduled reports.
• openid, profile, email: To authenticate your identity and personalize your account.

3.2 How We Use Your Google Data

Data retrieved from or written to Google APIs is used solely to provide the analytics features you use within the platform. We do not:

• Permanently store your GA4 event data on our servers (except where scheduled reports are explicitly enabled)
• Store a copy of your BigQuery data on our servers — all BigQuery operations occur within your own Google Cloud project
• Modify your GA4 property without your direct instruction
• Share your Google data with any third party for commercial purposes
• Use your Google data to train AI or machine learning models
• Access any dataset or property that you have not explicitly connected to the platform

3.3 BigQuery Write Access

We write to your BigQuery project only to create or update analytics pipeline tables that you have explicitly configured within the platform. We never write to, modify, or delete tables outside of what you have configured. All write operations are performed within your own Google Cloud project.

3.4 GA4 Edit Access

The analytics.edit scope is used exclusively to apply GA4 configuration changes — such as creating custom dimensions or audiences — that you have directly requested within the platform. We never modify your GA4 property without your explicit instruction.

3.5 Revoking Access

You may revoke Avangard AI's access to your Google account at any time by visiting myaccount.google.com/permissions.

3.6 Google API Compliance

Our use of Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Access data, accounts, or systems you are not authorized to access
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or security of the Services
• Use the Services to process or transmit illegal or harmful content
• Resell or commercially exploit the Services without our written consent
• Use automated tools to scrape data from the Services

5. Subscription Plans & Payments

5.1 Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. Avangard AI does not store your full payment card details.

5.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Email vaskar@avangardai.com to request one.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, branding, and features of the Services are the exclusive property of Avangard AI Inc. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without our express written permission.

Your data remains yours. Avangard AI claims no ownership over your GA4 data, BigQuery datasets, or any other data you connect to the platform.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. It contains full disclosure of all Google API scopes requested and how each is used.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that insights generated will be accurate or complete.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avangard AI Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, loss of revenue, decisions made based on AI-generated analytics, or issues arising from third-party integrations. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services integrate with Google Cloud, Google Analytics, Google BigQuery, and Stripe. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. Avangard AI is not responsible for failures or data issues caused by third-party providers.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you breach these Terms. You may request deletion of your account data by emailing vaskar@avangardai.com.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Los Angeles County, California.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
