Avangard AI Inc. ("Avangard AI", "we", "our", or "us") operates a conversational marketing analytics platform that connects to Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google BigQuery to generate insights through natural-language chat and to store and process user analytics data. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights over it.
By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Avangard AI integrates with Google APIs via OAuth 2.0. Below is a complete list of every Google API scope we request and the specific reason for each:
| Scope | Why We Request It | What We Do With It |
|---|---|---|
openid |
User authentication | Verifies your identity when you log in. No data stored beyond your session. |
profile |
Display your name in the app | We store your display name to personalize your dashboard. Never shared. |
email |
Account identification | Used to create and identify your account. We send transactional emails only. |
analytics.readonly |
Read your GA4 data to answer analytics questions | We query your GA4 property on-demand when you submit a question. Used only to generate the requested insight. Never permanently stored, sold, or shared. |
analytics.edit |
Write GA4 configuration data such as custom dimensions, audiences, and annotations | Used to create and manage GA4 configurations on your behalf when you explicitly trigger these actions within the platform. We never modify your GA4 property without your direct instruction. |
bigquery.readonly |
Read your BigQuery datasets to answer analytics questions | We query your BigQuery tables on-demand in response to your questions. Data is used solely to generate the insight you requested and is never stored on Avangard AI servers or shared with third parties. |
bigquery |
Read and write to your BigQuery datasets to power analytics pipeline features | We read your BigQuery tables to generate insights and write processed analytics results back to your own BigQuery project to power dashboards and scheduled reports. All operations occur within your own Google Cloud project. We never access datasets you have not explicitly connected. |
Avangard AI's use of data obtained through Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Because the bigquery scope grants both read and write access to your BigQuery project, we want to be fully transparent about exactly how this access is used:
The analytics.edit scope allows the platform to write configuration data to your GA4 property. This access is used exclusively to:
When you sign in with Google, we collect your name, email address, and Google account ID. We do not receive or store your Google password at any time.
When you ask a question, we temporarily query your GA4 or BigQuery data to generate a response. GA4 query results are processed in memory and not permanently stored on our servers. BigQuery data may be written back to your own BigQuery project as part of configured pipeline features — never to Avangard AI's own storage.
We collect anonymized usage logs including feature interactions, device type, browser, IP address, and timestamps. These are used solely for security monitoring and product improvement.
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your full credit card number or CVV.
We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
We do not share GA4 data, BigQuery data, or any analytics insights with any third party for any commercial purpose.
All platform data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure (us-central1). Security practices include:
