Avangard AI Inc. (“Avangard AI”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides a conversational analytics platform that allows users to connect Google Analytics 4 (GA4), BigQuery, and other marketing data sources to generate insights through natural-language chat. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our website, tools, and services (“Services”).

By using our Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Google Account Information (OAuth Login)

When you sign in using Google OAuth, we may collect:

Name
Email address
Profile picture
Google account ID

We do NOT receive or store your Google password.

We only request permissions required to authenticate your account and access GA4/BigQuery data that you explicitly grant. We do not request Gmail, Drive, or other sensitive Google scopes.

1.2 Analytics & BigQuery Data

When you connect GA4 or BigQuery, we temporarily access your datasets only to generate insights that you request. We do not permanently store GA4 event data unless you enable optional features (e.g., scheduled reports).

1.3 Usage Information

We collect non-sensitive usage logs including:

Feature usage and actions inside the app
Device and browser information
IP address and timestamps (for security)

1.4 Payment Information

If you purchase a subscription, payments are securely handled by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

Provide GA4 and BigQuery insights
Authenticate your account
Improve performance and accuracy
Send system alerts and updates
Prevent fraud and unauthorized access

We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.

3. Data Storage & Security

3.1 Storage

We store only minimal data such as account information and settings. GA4 event data and BigQuery tables are not permanently stored unless explicitly enabled.

3.2 Security Practices

Your data is protected using encryption, secure OAuth flows, token encryption, and strict internal controls.

4. How We Share Information

We only share information:

With service providers like Google Cloud or Stripe (necessary to operate the platform)
When legally required
With your explicit permission (e.g., team invitations)

We do not share GA4 or BigQuery data with third parties for marketing.

You may request to:

Access, correct, or delete your data
Export your data
Revoke Google access at any time

6. Data Retention

We retain account information as long as necessary to provide the Service. Usage logs are kept 30–180 days.

Our Services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
